Have you been seeing utility flags and paint appear in your yard or along your walking/driving route? Has someone visited your house asking for signatures related to easements and/or undergrounding of power lines to your house? Do you have a new pole or green box in/near your yard? If so, you are part of TECO’s SPP project! Come to the meeting Tuesday, April 2 at 6:30pm (at the Babe) to find out more about the project, voice concerns/issues, schedule individual meetings with TECO reps, etc.
Project Boundaries
(1) Meadowbrook from N. Blvd to Armenia
(2) Linebaugh from N. Blvd. to Armenia,
(3) 1300 block of Bogie,
(4) All N-S cross streets running N from Linebaugh to Bogie or or Meadowbrook (roughly the 1-2 blocks north of Linebaugh between N. Blvd. and Armenia),
(5) Forest Hills Dr. at N. Blvd, winding around E towards N. Rome Cir to where it intersects w/ Oregon,
(6) North from Forest Hills Dr/N Rome to Linebaugh, including N. Blvd. and all cross-streets (Williow, Newport, Edison, Perdiz, Perio, Termino),
(7) Oregon & Rome S from Linebaugh to Perdiz,
(8) Forest Hills Village.
If you do not live within these boundaries, you are probably not part of the current portion of the SPP project. However, the SPP project will be expanded to most/all of TECO’s area sometime within the next 10 years. Also, the disruptions to traffic, sidewalks, etc. caused by the current work may impact you, so feel free to attend!
